14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled until you have received your item. If you wish to return your order after receiving it, please contact us for further instructions.

Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are only provided for damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

Additional Policy for Discounted Items
For items purchased at a discount of 50% or more, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refund Options
When requesting a refund, you have two options:
- Receive a 15% refund on the purchase price.
- Return the item at your own expense.
